FullStory's concerned helpbots analyze your captured data in order to notify you about issues with your FullStory installation. If they find something, they'll automatically create a Note and place it in the stream for your team to view, along with a link to the document that helps explain how to fix it.
Messages from the FullStory system will have our logo as the avatar as well as a blue dot instead of the usual green quotation marks.
