Hello , Is there an avenue to test user preferences and identify pain points by in-webApp/Product Surveys?

Hello @AmpleHair ! Thanks for your post.
While you may be able to pass survey responses into Fullstory (via Qualtrics, for example) or dig into how your A/B tests are performing using Fullstory data, I’m afraid we don’t offer survey or A/B testing capabilities at this time.
