Creating a custom metric

Is it possible to create a custom metric for deeper insights into specific changes? For example, we have a purchase event, that passes a dollar value as an event property. I’d like to make the dollar value into a metric so I can evaluate the financial impact of some changes.

Yes, our FS.event API should be helpful to you here: Sending custom event data into Fullstory
With this API, you can pass custom event information to Fullstory to utilize in segments, metrics, funnels, etc. You can also setup an order completed event to dig further into revenue, purchases, etc. And if you’re on our Advanced or Enterprise plans, you can utilize our Conversion feature to understand revenue opportunities.
