Linking Users and Visitors

Hello,
I’m trying to look at my funnel for sign ups and the trouble that I’m facing is once a visitor creates an account, their replay stops. I can find the remaining session but it’s under a different user. It seems that the visitors and users aren’t being connected. Therefore, I can’t get accurate statistics for the funnel.
I’ve attached examples of the two separate users.
Is there something we can do to stitch these users together and watch their journeys all the way through the funnel?

Even i was facing the same issue couple of months back, it got resolved using the mapping which my tech team did using FS.identify & FS.setUserVars. I didn’t get into the more tech side of it, but when i send them fullstory document they were able to fix it very quickly.

In your case, userid in visitor page is passed as intercomvisitorid in sign-up page, which can be mapped using the above function i guess.
Meanwhile i was using email_id to check user complete flow untill my tech team fixed this issue.
