How do I search where the last page was the checkout page and the user clicked on the place order button but was the next page was not the invoice page, as supposed to?

I tried numerous ways through “referrer” and “previous page” but no luck.

    Hey @BiggestPro I think I understand your question – you could probably use Journeys to answer this question but that’s an enterprise only feature, so not sure if you have access to that feature - if you do here’s a help article on Journeys..

    If you are on a Business Plan for FullStory, you might want to be a Page Flow Card in Dashboards.

    You could:

    1. Build a segment of users who did not visit URL is /invoice
    2. Build your Page Flow card based on users visiting the last page in your checkout flow
    3. And select the Didn’t Visit Invoice Segment for this Page Flow card
