Inactive users

Hey,
I’d like to create a segment for all users who were not active in my app for the last 30 days but I don’t seem to be able to do so using exceptions:

Looking at your account, I can see what you mean by having no results with your current filters. It looks like your account has Pages defined and you might get results by using:
