Fullstory vs. Adobe Analytics Discrepancy

We are using our Adobe Launch implementation to send events/evars to Fullstory so that our team can filter users based on these options. We are noticing that we have a pretty solid discrepancy for some of our lead submit events (occur shortly before a page navigation change) that is much higher than the expected 5-15%. Sometimes it can get up to 40%. Is there any reason this could be happening? Or is the page navigation something we may need to delay in order to get the call through.
