Enabling Okta SCIM

I connected and successfully tested SSO with the Fullstory app (from Okta app catalog). The steps to enable SCIM don't match the Okta screen.

Specifically, the Fullstory SCIM doc states to enable “Provisioning” under the General tab but that option on the Okta screen shows “Provisioning - [ ] Enable on-premises provisioning”.

Fullstory is web based ≠ on-premise.
