Working with iOS Simulator

Scenario:
- React Native 0.76.9
- @fullstory/react-native 1.8.0
- Fullstory SDK 1.65.1
- Xcode 16.3
- iOS Simulator 18.4
Hello everyone! Can somebody help me with iOS Simulator? I would like to know if it is possible to record fullstory sessions in iOS Simulator because currently in this RN project it seems like only apps running in a physical iphone device are able to record sessions that show up in fullstory dashboard, the android simulator works fine and I'm able to see the sessions being recorded but not for ios simulator
