This Metric breaks down the most visited Help Center articles by unique user.  

Ingredients

  • Segment: Everyone
  • Event: Unique users that visited a URL that starts with the same format as your Help Center articles
  • Option: URL

Instructions

  1. The Everyone segment is already saved by default in your FullStory account.
  2. Create and save a Metric called “Top Help Center Articles by Unique Users,” using the Metric count of unique users that visited a URL that starts with the same format as your Help Center articles.
  3. Set the time period to the past 30 days and apply the Everyone segment.
  4. Group by the property URL to see the count of users that visited that specific Help Center URL.
  5. Click play to watch related sessions.
