Top Help Center Articles Viewed
This Metric breaks down the most visited Help Center articles by unique user.
- Segment: Everyone
- Event: Unique users that visited a URL that starts with the same format as your Help Center articles
- Option: URL
- The Everyone segment is already saved by default in your FullStory account.
- Create and save a Metric called “Top Help Center Articles by Unique Users,” using the Metric count of unique users that visited a URL that starts with the same format as your Help Center articles.
- Set the time period to the past 30 days and apply the Everyone segment.
- Group by the property URL to see the count of users that visited that specific Help Center URL.
- Click play to watch related sessions.
