Top Help Center Articles Viewed
This dashboard card breaks down the most visited Help Center articles by unique user.
- Segment: Everyone
- Metric: Count of unique users that visited a URL that starts with the same format as your Help Center articles
- Dimension: URL
- The Everyone segment is already saved by default in your FullStory account.
- Create and save a Dimensionality Dashboard Card called “Top Help Center Articles by Unique Users,” using the Metric count of unique users that visited a URL that starts with the same format as your Help Center articles.
- Set the time period to the past month and apply the Everyone segment.
- Group by the dimension URL to see the count of users that visited that specific Help Center URL.
- Click to view details on any Dashboard Card to watch related sessions.
