Wayfinder is being rebranded as Workforce. Please excuse any inconsistencies in naming while this transition is under way.
To unmask elements in Workforce, follow these steps:
1. Find a session showing the elements you wish to unmask. You can do this by searching for a specific URL or app.
2. Identify Elements for Unmasking:
- While in the selected app session, locate the elements you want to unmask. You can do this by using the "Page Insights" feature and entering the "Inspect Mode."
- Click on the elements you wish to unmask.
3. Customize and set rules:
- Once the element is highlighted in pink, you can even adjust the CSS selector if necessary.
- Proceed by creating a Data Capture Rule. Choose the desired rule type, such as "Unmask," and save your configuration.
Please note that the changes won't take effect retroactively. However, all future data captures will abide by the new rules you've set.
