Measuring customer engagement


Which customers have and have not logged in lately?

One of the best indicators to your customer's overall happiness and engagement is if they are actively using your app from day to day. By combining search with user details applied by FS.identify, you can quickly filter out anonymous visitors and focus on your signed up customers in search results. 



  1. Identify Inactive Users by running a search for your signed up users that haven't recorded a session in the past few days. Save the segment as Inactive Customers.
    • User status = 'is signed up'
    • Last seen = 'is not in the last'   'X'   'days'
