FullStory's concerned Helpbot analyzes your captured data in order to notify you about issues with your FullStory installation. If our FullStory Helpbot finds something, a Note will automatically be created and placed within the Note stream for your team to view, along with a link to the help document that helps explain how to fix it.
Messages from the FullStory system will have our logo as the avatar as well as a blue dot instead of the usual green quotation marks.
Some examples you may see:
- Possible configuration errors in FS.identify or FS.setUserVars
- Suspicious information that should likely be added to the Excluded Elements list
- Pages with lots of error, rage or dead clicks
