Product Analytics User Activity

These four Single Metric Cards will display high level metrics to provide a quick look into the digital shopping experience of your users.

Ingredients

  • Segment: Everyone
  • Metric: Count of events when Visited Page is Order Confirmation
  • Metric: Average scroll depth when Visited URL is your product page
  • Metric: Count of unique users who Rage clicked anything
  • Metric: Count of events when Clicked text is Help

Instructions

  1. The Everyone segment is already saved by default in your FullStory account.
  2. Create and save a new Single Metric Dashboard Card called “# of Successful Orders” using the Metric event Visited Page is Order Confirmation. Change the time period to Past 30 days and apply a color as applicable. Screen_Shot_2021-12-07_at_12.43.04_PM.png
  3. Create and save a new Single Metric Dashboard Card called “Average Scroll Depth on Market Page” using the Metric Average of events when the Visited URL is your product page. Select Scroll depth from the Property drop down menu. Set the time period to Past 30 days and apply a color as applicable.

  4. Create and save a new Single Metric Dashboard Card called "# of Users with Rage Clicks" using the Metric of count of unique users where the event is Rage clicked anything. Set the Time Period to Past 30 days.

  5. Create and save a new Single Metric Dashboard Card called "# of clicks on Help" using the Metric event Clicked text is Help. Set the Time Period to Past 30 days.
