How can I track organic traffic without utm links?

I just responded to the ticket you submitted to FullStory Support but I also wanted to share details here so that others can benefit from the answer.
When trying to find traffic from a particular source, like Google, our dependent criteria filter for ‘Referrer URL’ is going to be helpful:

We also have a dependent criteria filter for ‘Entry page > is true’, which ensures we’re looking for that action to occur on the first page the user visits in their session. Here’s an example where we’re searching for users who were referred from any URL:

You could also add an additional filter there for ‘Referrer URL > is not > *your site’s domain*’ to filter out referrer results from your own site.
Finally, you can also use exclusions to filter out users who were referred from another URL or had a UTM parameter in the URL they first landed on. That might look like this:
