Hi @Rizwana , Thanks so much for reaching out.
We have tried sending custom fs api events recently and these are the ways which we see the activity in the specific user session.
Create a metric as shown below and choose the required custom events and if you have sent email as attribute then you can add that field in the second step by clicking Refine event by icon which will show all the custom event properties.
if you did not send email as event property then add user property email as shown below and check for specific user session.
After the metric creation, check for session and there will be electric shock icon(idk what they call as) as shown below and check on it to see the sessions from there.
