Is FullStory integration with Pega possible?

  FullStory does not currently integrate with Pega, however, I would love to learn about your use case. Would you mind sharing a bit more about how you’re hoping to integrate FullStory with Pega? 

  That way, I can potentially submit a feature request on our behalf or provide another solution.

  We want to use Fullstory to track user adoption based on feature/capabilities (i.e. how many clicks do certain buttons/tabs gain). Additionally, we want to use Fullstory to gain insights into user experience (i.e. watch session recordings, track number of clicks in a user journey). 

  We tried integrating by copying the code snippet provided by FullStory in Pega, but it seems that doesn’t work with Pega.

  Is there any other solution available to integrate with Pega that you can suggest?

  Thanks for the additional info, @Disha! While we don’t have any pre-built integrations with Pega, tracking a website built on Pega should be possible using FullStory’s snippet. That said, Pega sites sometimes have additional considerations like iframes or assets gated behind firewalls that may require some additional configuration. Can you tell me a bit more about what you’re seeing in FullStory? Do you see any sessions showing up, or perhaps sessions with incomplete renderings?
