Android studio gradle sync failing for the project level gradle file.

I’m unable to sync project level gradle file for the FullStory.
Getting below error.

Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'.
   > Could not find com.fullstory:gradle-plugin-local:1.42.1

 Searched in the following locations:
       - https://dl.google.com/dl/android/maven2/com/fullstory/gradle-plugin-local/1.42.1/gradle-plugin-local-1.42.1.pom
       - https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/fullstory/gradle-plugin-local/1.42.1/gradle-plugin-local-1.42.1.pom
     Required by:
         project :

Possible solution:
 - Declare repository providing the artifact, see the documentation at https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/declaring_repositories.html

    Facing same problem while syncing the gradle dependency at project level.
