Where can i find the timezone settings for our account?

One of the Product manager raised the concern saying that, when looking for particular session of customer facing any error, it’s not exactly shown on the time as mentioned by customer. How can we know which time zone our account is set-up? i didn’t validate this yet, or may be customer has given the wrong timings, before checking with customer just wanted to make sure that our account is set on exact time zone or not.

The timestamps displayed within FullStory's UI will always be based on your computer, device, or browser time, not the customer's timezone. At this time, I'm afraid it's not possible to update the timezone that sessions are displayed in within FullStory. You would need to adjust your device or browser settings instead.
