FullStory wont work with my site

Hey all, I use square space and I copied and pasted the code in the header about 27 days ago and when I log into FS keeps saying I haven't added a snippet to my site yet.

 

I did this step a few times, incase i was doing it wrong. Nothing worked. I then set up a new account and tried it again and nothing.

 

Can anyone figure out what I'm doing wrong.

    I see you reached out to our team via email as well and I just sent a response your way in that email. Just in case it’s helpful to others though, I’ll also share my response here:

    Taking a look at your Data Capture Settings in FullStory, I see that you currently have data capture enabled for the jagproductions.co domain and disabled for all other domains. Navigating to your site, I can see that the domain is actually www.jagproductions.co (Note the www is part of the domain.)

     

     

    So while you do have FullStory deployed properly, you currently have session capture disabled for the www.jagproductions.co domain. You'll want to add www.jagproductions.co to your list of domains to capture sessions on (linked above) and we will begin capturing sessions from your site.

    Let us know if that resolves the issue for you!
