Detect tab change

Hello!
I’m Vinicius and I work for iBanFirst, an FX services provider.
Our clients can do currency conversions in our platform. One of our hypothesis is that, when they’re in the conversions page, they change tabs to compare it with other FX providers (our competitors).
We would like to calculate how many clients switch tabs and come back when they are in the conversion screen. Do you know if this is possible with the Tab feature?

Hey @vinicius to my knowledge changing tabs isn’t currently an indexible event – it’s something we can observe in Session Replay but not something we can measure in Metrics/Filters/etc.

@stevenshyne is correct- tab changes are not currently indexed, but I will submit a feature request on your behalf as that would be valuable insight to have!
Another way you could analyze this behaviour is by using our Page Flow card. You can select the conversion page as the page you’d like to analyze and then view how users are coming to and from that page.

This would be useful to me as well. We have alot of users switching between tabs to navigate to different things in the software. Being able to quanity the problem would help in pushing for it to be remediated.
