What does emoji face assign to each user represent?

In session reply for each user, we can see different emoji faces assigned, do they have any significance or is it just random?
Can we know the logic behind assigning these, if it’s random then it’s kind of misleading info.
Can we filter to see each of these status?

The emoji faces and their colours are randomly generated emoticons to represent that there is a person behind the session you are viewing. The intention of the emoticons is to evoke empathy, but there is no analytical value or correlation to session data driving the smiley face selected for each session at this time.
I really appreciate that feedback and can understand how this can be misleading, so I’ve gone ahead and submitted it to our team to review.
