Is the video created a continuous recording or fragments that are later grouped?

I ask this because in a section of steps the initial page is being shown after each step for a moment in the video of the session and I want to understand if it is a fullstory bug or it is actually happening on the site. And that what is observed is unlikely to happen.

Hi @pako! Welcome to the Community. Technically speaking, FullStory doesn’t record videos of your site. Instead, we capture a record of all events that happen in the DOM and use them to reconstruct a video-like rendition of the experience. What you see in the replay should be true to your users’ experience; however, our Support Team is always happy to help with bug catching and technical troubleshooting if you think something’s off. You can reach them here. I’d recommend providing a link to one of the Sessions in your ticket to expedite.
