How do I create a report/dashboard that shows errors grouped by the pages the errors occur on?
(I’m brand new to full story so sorry if this is covered somewhere else. Please point me to the right place if it is.)
We’re tracking some intermittent issues. I’d like to capture when our users get an error page, and group it by which page they were on when they got the error.
Metrics over time would be helpful too. At a minimum I’d like to see data for daily, weekly, and monthly views (users accessing this feature are getting errors x amount of times per day/week/month). Even better if I can do a plot over time of day and day of week. We may be able to isolate usage trends, load issues, or conflicts with batch jobs if I can get better granularity.
I really nice to have is if I can organize these errors by the console error that is returned with the error dialog box. Then we would know that we are grouping apples with apples.
Thanks for any help!

Hey there @mhujsak 👋 Steven here with CXperts. No question too small and that’s why we have the community.
Sounds like you might Metrics is going to be the place you’ll want to live most to get these answers. There are LOTS of different ways to slide and slice data there, like:
IF you have an element that is serving errors (banner, in-line text, pop up, etc.) you’ll likely need to declare that element as a Watched Element to index every time it’s served in the UI and not just when users click on it. Here’s a resource on Watched Elements.
To brush up on Metrics and all the things you could do there, you may want to checkout https://learn.fullstory.com/ where there are lots of self-paced modules available, including one for Metrics and Dashboards: https://learn.fullstory.com/learn/enroll/cfa9e7ff-1c41-4cc1-8d2b-a8ca7cef649d
Hope this helps!
