    You can disable data capture for your organizations domain by first navigating to Settings > Data Capture and Privacy > Data Capture.  Here’s a high level screenshot:

    Alas, email domains cannot be disabled in-app. You can only disable capture by way of user agent, geolocation, and IP. I saw you viewed our knowledge base articles on those options, so you’re already on the right track! :)
    Instead, you’ll need to work with your developers (if not yourself) to create some custom logic that tells the Fullstory data capture script to not capture your company’s internal users, or any other email domains you do not want to capture sessions for.
