filter out certain users

the company I work for does a loyalty rewards program. It’s like subscribing to products that you then get on a monthly basis. Our cart flow can slightly differ if you are participating in the program. but I’ve found that when setting up funnels to dig into a flow we have heard is causing concerns, I am seeing a lot of users that are not on the program.
Does anyone know if it is possible to only include users who are part of a program?

That’s great you’re utilizing funnels to dive deeper into the flow causing concerns. In order for us to find out why you’re seeing users that are not on the program, we’d have to answer a few questions first:

The URL for the cart is the same between a regular customer and those that are on the loyalty program. and there isn’t a specific user type set up that I’m aware of, or can see.
