User Journey By IP address

I currently don’t see a way to create a Journey based on IP address….maybe in the future? We have different types of customers and we are trying to understand the journey of someone conducting research for parts vs. someone that has a list of parts and knows what is looking for. They would have different behaviors and they would go to different parts of the site. Understanding their unique journey and identifying friction points would be very helpful to us.

Hi @DataSeed99! To make sure I understand, are you hoping to see journeys for users coming from specific IP addresses? For example, “Show me the Top Entry Pages for users whose IP is 192.158.1.38?”
Hi @megan sort of that yes, so after posting this I realized I could use a segment with the IP or User ID and then used it in the journeys….I think that’s probably the best way to see journeys for specific IP’s or users right?
