I want to capture Intercom screen, but it seems Android able to capture it but its masked instead.
How do I actually solve this? The similar implementation on iOS works, without any additional config.
As attached are screenshots for both Android and iOS.
All Android version and device consistently unable to show unmasked data capturing of Intercom.

Out of curiosity, are your privacy rules defined within FullStory’s UI or are they code first?
The reason I ask is because iOS selectors and Android selectors are different. If you’re creating rules in the FullStory UI, you’ll need to add two: one for each item in iOS and one for Android.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, do you mind to reach out to mobile-support@fullstory.com and we’ll be able to dig in a bit deeper!
