Unable to see the Alert/Notification option in Advanced plan.

I am in Advanced plan of FullStory and as per the documentation here (https://help.fullstory.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020828653-Introduction-to-Alerts), I should be able see and configure the Alert in segments but I am still getting the “Upgrade Plan” pop-up when I click on Notification also can not see any Alert icon (bell icon) when creating/updating any segment.

Can someone help why this is not being shown in Advanced plan.
