Funnels with extra steps you don't want to track

Hiya! Newbie to fullstory here. On our website we have two different purchasing flows that people can go through and I’m wanting to set up some funnels to see which of our flows people are using. Will the funnel be innacurate if there are possible extra things that the user may do between the defined steps? Or will it still be accurately showing?
But between continue with processing… and complete order there are multiple things that the user could do. i.e. adjust payment and delivery information.

A funnel will be accurate as long as the customer completes the defined steps in order. Extra activity that takes place in between steps will not skew funnel accuracy.
