Installing FS into Showit through snippet issues

Hi there,
I am having issues with Showit working with Fullstory. I've put the code into the header, but it seems to not be doing anything. What I am doing wrong? Can anyone assist or have had the same issues with a resolution? Is it in the right place?

Hi Jackie Teixeira! That is the right place to add the snippet. You can use one of our methods outlined here to check whether Fullstory has been deployed successfully on your site!
I did quickly check on our end and can see that there have been some sessions captured into your Fullstory account, so it looks like you're good to go. 🙂 But if you have any other questions, let me know.
