Snippet has been installed, but isn't registering?

We're just getting started with FS and had our dev add the snippet to site header, but when I log in, I'm still being prompted to install the snippet. I used this help article to check if FS was deployed correctly, and it appears to be (see attached image). What else do we need to do in order for FS to start collecting data?

The reason we haven't captured any sessions in your Fullstory account yet is because you only have data capture enabled on the heady.io domain. Navigating to your site, I can see that the actual domain is www.heady.io:
The www is a necessary part of the domain. You'll need to navigate to your Data Capture Settings and add www.heady.io as an approved domain to capture sessions on. Once that's complete, you should begin seeing sessions flow into your Fullstory account soon after.
