How do I track all my users acquisition channels using FullStory?

I am trying to figure out where my users are coming from, I know for a fact that they are coming from Facebook ads and Google ads. I want to know which campaigns are working better.
The problems are:
- users I see after putting UTM parameters are not matching the numbers on my platform backend.
- I am trying Funnels and segments and here also the numbers are not matching with each other
- When I go to platform specific funnels, there is overlap in numbers, for ex. If I add all the UTM_Sources in one segment, say the number comes out to be 7000 but when I create individual funnels for each of the UTM sources, the numbers add to more than 7000
can someone help me?

In this case it looks like we need to do some troubleshooting, by taking a look at the filters you've set up in your segments and funnels and ask for some more information on the numbers you can see in your backend platform so we can take a closer look to advise.
