Integrate FullStory in Salesforce
New
I am trying to install FS into SF and record user sessions in Salesforce. However installing third party scripts into SF is quite tricky.
In order for me to install FS the script has to use strict mode and should not do any direct dom modifications. The script inserts a ‘script’ tag and that seems to be breaking everything.
Can someone help with this?

Hey @Borislav Stoilov! Thanks so much for reaching out!
Based on what I can gather from your question, it sounds like you may be looking to capture all of your own interactions in Salesforce, or, you may be looking to capture sessions from an outer page hosted by Salesforce.
If it’s the former, you won’t be able to achieve this as it is against our Terms of Service to capture data on a site that is not yours. If it’s the latter, and you’re looking to capture sessions from an outer page, there may be a solution of self hosting
FS.jsif you want total control (local and not external): https://help.fullstory.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020622694-Can-I-make-a-copy-or-host-the-fs-js-locally-, but I haven’t seen many successful cases of this.If you have further questions on either of the above, please don’t hesitate to reply to this post.
