Can not see all slack topics in fullstory

I integrated slack with fullstory,
But I can not see list of all slack topics.
Only 3 channel will be shown.

Are you looking to post to public or private Slack channels? If you’re looking to post to private channels, you may need to convert your access mode to Individual Access to achieve this.
