How can I export the data that the user has entered into a sheet file for my work?

Hey @krisbin, thanks for your question!
It sounds like you would be interested in our Data Export feature (along with Segment Export), which is available to accounts with our Advanced or Enterprise plans.
As your screenshot shows you are currently on a trial, which is based on our Business plan features, you won’t see the option to export events available at the moment.
