Fullstory Implementation question

Hi, 

I have a general question regarding Fullstory.

So, I am a project manager and working in a Tier3 environment who handle all the bugs in the company.

The Tier 3 guys are already using Fullstory but for it's only basic features, like reproducing customer's experience etc.

We would like to use it's more advanced features but in a way that it would fit Tier 3.

For example when there is a live production incident we would be able to see through the current dashboards that we have in Fullstory a visual impact in one of the metrics. (live reproduction)

Currently my issue is that I am not able to do it. I am even taking historical incidents that we had a month ago for example and not able to see.

My questions are:

1. Can Fullstory actually provide our specific needs described above? Or it is meant to be used in another way.

2. What would you recommend for my next course of actions in the implementation process of Fullstory into Tier 3 team?

    I am going to reach out to you via a support ticket so we can better understand what you're trying to track and see what we can recommend, as you mentioned you're having difficulty tracking historical incidents we will need to look at your account.
