Map is missing in session replay

The map (Esri) embedded in the CRM appears white during the session replay. No user interaction is seen with the map. Is it something that can we can fix somehow?

As you have spotted, we do not currently support WebGL at this time. This is something we have on our long term road map but we're not currently able to provide an ETA of when this could be introduced.
I've shared some feedback with our product managers to highlight your use-case so we can keep track of demand.

Ok I found this article, which explains that WebGL applications are not supported by fullstory.
Is this something planned to be supported in the future?

At this time, we do not have immediate plans to support WebGL applications in Fullstory. As Gemma noted though, we do hope to support these type of applications in the future.
