My system keeps telling me to upgrade plan, yet it only makes me sign up for something instead of adding something, does this mean it has not been capturing our data at all as of yet?

In our help article - Does Fullstory work with native mobile apps? we explain this is an add-on to an existing paid plan and is not available for those using our Fullstory Free plan.
If you try to capture mobile app sessions without this add-on and follow the instructions in our help documents How do I know that Fullstory is deployed successfully? you should be seeing reason code 2 indicating mobile app sessions is not available on your current plan.
Would you like the support team to request someone reaches out to discuss pricing options for a paid plan which included native mobile apps to see if this is something you want to explore further?
