Elements are not unmasking

I’m setting unmasking rules in the UI, and I’ve added some IDs and some classes, but when I navigate to our site and then look at the recording, those elements are still masked. Does it take 24 hours or something?

Nevermind, I figured it out. It doesn’t like just classes for some reason. Adding a parent ID fixed it.

If you have a session where you’re looking to unmask an element, it’s really helpful to use the Note and Share option to send a session link as an example to support. If it’s not clear which element you’re trying to unmask, it can also be really helpful to share a screenshot to we can take a look at the CSS selectors to see if we can offer any further guidance.
Hopefully this is helpful for future reference but if there’s anything else we can help with from the community, please let us know. It can be hard to give general advice as it will often be very specific to the way CSS selectors are on your site.
