- Is there any formal communication channel for ideas, feedback, or feature requests? (e.g. how to reach fullstory product management team)?
- Also, is there a public product roadmap published anywhere?

Ah I just replied to your welcome intro - I love that you’re looking to share thoughts and suggestions on how we can make FullStory even better, we are all ears! 👂
When in-app you should see a hand icon on the top right so you can share any feedback with us as it comes to mind:
We have recent updates available on our release notes page but we don’t currently have a place where you can check our roadmap. If you speak to our support team or your account manager etc and we know a new feature or enhancement is on the way (or if beta testing was available) that could be a good fit for you, we would let you know.
I’m sure now you know how to share feedback with us, you’ll send some ideas our way but if there’s anything else we can help with in the community, please reply so we can see how we can help 🙂
