I have followed up with Sierra directly via email but adding an extra note here in case it's helpful to other users :-)
When you're not able to see sessions flowing in to your account there are a few checks you can make outlined in this help article - How do I know that Fullstory is deployed successfully?
If you need some further help and want to reach out to support, it's helpful if you can include a URL we can take a look at and provide some details of how Fullstory has been added to your site.
If you're using a tag manager such as GTM, it's also helpful if you can include a debug link so we can check the triggers being used.
