  This would usually be done by creating a saved segment so you can easily apply this US group of customers to any funnels, metrics etc you're working with.
  
  To start with, you'll need to refine a search filter by clicking here:

  

  
  This will give you additional filter options such as Country:

  

  
  You can also exclude users based on other filters, e.g if a user visited a URL Host for a QA / Staging / Dev environment, or if a user has been identified as internal users (e.g. they have an email domain linked to your own company).
