How to export data when in a business plan

Hi team,
I would like to know how I can export data when I am in a business plan account. As far as I checked Data Export (old) and Anywhere are not included into my plan.

I can see you raised a ticket with our Support team on this (#252988), and hopefully we were able to provide some paths forward for you regarding the export capabilities on your current plan.
Just for posterity - all plans, including our Business plan, do have the ability to export a CSV of their Users from segments/search in Fullstory, which includes a number of fields. See: Can I export the list of users from my search results?
You can also export results from various analytics, such as metrics, funnels and more, to CSV. These in-app CSV downloads can be great for quick insights, but to note they won’t provide detailed breakdowns of the complete event history in sessions.
For more advanced exports of full event data, this would require our dedicated Data Export feature, which is currently exclusive to Advanced and Enterprise plans. Similarly, Fullstory Anywhere is an add-on service that allows you to pipe such event data directly into your data warehouse - but this is an add-on service, and not something you've added to your current plan.
