Sending employee attributes into Workforce

Employee data often lives in many different systems across your organization. For example, perhaps you have certain data in Active Directory or Google Workspace. You can send employee attributes into Workforce using either the Import Employees feature or the API. This allows you to integrate data from these platforms and perform utilization and proficiency analysis across your tool set for specific employee cohorts.

Import Employees

Employee attributes can be uploaded as part of Import Employees. Use CSV format for simple imports with email and name, or JSON format to include custom employee properties such as department, start date, or employee number. After you send custom employee properties to Fullstory, the properties will display on related user cards.
