Workforce helps IT teams understand how employees are using internal software tools. One of the main reasons IT teams choose Workforce is to reduce unnecessary software spend and eliminate application waste.
Comparing app adoption vs license count
When an admin configures an app in Workforce, they have the ability to set the owner and license count for the app. Workforce will use this data to generate an adoption score. You can quickly scan adoption levels at the apps page and view a graph of app utilization over time for each individual app.
Identify redundancies
From the apps page, click Identify Redundancies. Workforce will use AI to intelligently analyze your app utilization to look for redundant apps that may be addressing the same use case as well as apps with low or no adoption. It will also provide a list of recommendations.
Analyze license usage
While viewing an individual app's page within Workforce, you can click Analyze License Usage on the left side to be given targeted recommendations and analysis for the license usage of that particular app. For the recommendations to be most effective, be sure that License count is accurate when configuring the app.
