StoryAI Home is the centralized agent experience within Fullstory Analytics, providing access to all AI agents built to help you investigate and understand user behavior.
StoryAI Home provides access to five Expert Agents, each designed for a specific type of investigation. When you open a new chat without selecting a guided workflow, Ask StoryAI serves as a router.

When you start a new chat, Ask StoryAI classifies your intent. It answers analytics questions directly—counts, rates, trends, and breakdowns—and automatically routes to a specialist agent when your request matches their domain.
Below the Expert Agents, StoryAI Home also provides access to Activation Agents—24/7 agents that automatically analyze sessions and send summaries to Slack or Microsoft Teams.

How do I access my past chats?
You can open past StoryAI Home chats in either of these ways:
- Use the recent chats and the View chat history link at the bottom of the StoryAI Home window.
- Click the Chat History link under StoryAI Home in the left sidebar.
Chat history shows only your StoryAI Home chats. To revisit chats from Segments, Dashboards, or Session Replay, use the clock icon in that context.
StoryAI Home chats are deleted automatically after 60 days. Users with the Explorer role can access their StoryAI Home chats for only 24 hours. Conversion Optimizer saves a Conversions Opportunity Snapshot to Conversions, and that snapshot follows your account's data retention window.
