Does your team use a warehouse such as Azure or Snowflake? I mention these options as it appears they have connectors which exist to create knowledge sources to use with Copilot.
We also have StoryAI where our upcoming Answers feature (being launched soon) will allow you to ask questions in-app so AI can respond based on your session / segment data.
If your team do not currently have the Warehouse or StoryAI Premium add-on for your account but would like to explore this further, please let us know and we'll ask for your Account Manager to reach out.
In case you haven't seen it, we have a session summaries feature, which should be available to you if you have an advanced / enterprise account. This would provide some high level insights which could be worth exploring.
