StoryAI is a suite of generative AI features integrated into Fullstory to streamline behavioral data analysis and uncover deeper insights.

StoryAI features

The initial set of StoryAI features includes:

  • Session summaries - Make the most of your behavioral data by condensing lengthy sessions into actionable takeaways. Available with Enterprise and Advanced plans.
  • Summary notes - Share context about what the user is doing and experiencing without needing to figure out all the details.
  • Selector optimization - Trim selectors down to the most stable option for elements.
  • Suggested elements - Discover and structure key data components with automated suggestions.
  • Recommended object names - See suggested names based on object definitions.

About StoryAI

Your data will always remain your data. Your data is not used by any of our sub-processors to train their generative AI models. StoryAI features in Fullstory are powered by Google Gemini. Google is a required sub-processor for data storage and processing, per Fullstory's data processing agreement. Google's policy on generative AI and data governance can be viewed here.

Opt out of StoryAI

Fullstory account admins can opt out of StoryAI features by going to Settings > StoryAI Features.

  • Global opt-out: Click Opt-out of StoryAI to disable all StoryAI features.
  • Per-feature opt-out: Toggle the On/Off selector next to each feature to enable/disable StoryAI.
